Foley editing is the art of performing and fitting everyday sounds — footsteps, clothing, props and hand movements — perfectly in sync with the picture. At AudioRally Sounddesign, a Netherlands-based audio post-production studio, we craft detailed foley for film, television, documentary and immersive projects.
These hand-made, human sounds bring characters and physical action to life in a way that library effects cannot. Every step, touch and rustle is recorded or edited and then fitted frame by frame, adding warmth, realism and a tactile sense of presence to each scene.
